An audit was carried out at Mereside primary school in Shrewsbury, this was to clarify how the building performed and inform on improvements for the future in accordance with best value.
After the airtightness test, it shows us to expect the warm air to escape in less than four minutes with a 20mph wind. This has showed that it is vital for future comfort and energy efficiency that the airtightness remediation takes place.
